Can you find a notary in a small town or rural area?
Yes. With more than 50,000 signing agents in our network we cover every state, including rural counties where a local office would struggle to find anyone. If the nearest agent must travel, we tell you the travel fee before you commit.
How do you handle other states' notary rules?
Our agents are commissioned in the state where the signing takes place and follow that state's acknowledgment, witness and ID rules. If your package carries out-of-state notarial wording, we flag it before the appointment rather than at the table.
What about time zones and after-hours signings?
We schedule in the signer's local time and confirm it back to you in yours. Evening and weekend appointments are available in most areas by request.
How do the documents get back to us?
The notary drops the package at FedEx or UPS the same day and we send you the tracking number. Overnight to your office is standard; we follow the shipment until it is delivered.
Do you handle split signings?
