Escrow & Title FAQ

How do we send you an order?
Use the New Client request form for your first file, or email the order to [email protected]. Returning clients get login access to place and track orders online. We confirm receipt and start sourcing the notary right away.
How quickly can you place a notary?
Most orders are assigned the same business day they come in. Rush and next-morning signings are accommodated whenever notary availability allows — tell us the deadline and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
Who confirms the appointment with the borrower?
We do. Once a notary is assigned we contact the signer to confirm time and location, then send you the confirmation. If the signer needs to reschedule, we handle that too.
How do you handle the documents?
You send us the package (or the notary prints from your secure link), the notary prints, signs, notarizes and drops at FedEx/UPS the same day, and we send you the tracking number. We follow the package until it is back in your office.
What are your fees?
Fees are quoted per order based on the signing type, location, print requirements and timing. There are no membership or minimum-volume charges — you pay per completed signing. Request a quote through the client form.
Are your notaries insured and background-screened?
Yes. Every signing agent in our network is a commissioned notary with loan-signing experience, carries their own E&O coverage and has been background-screened. Select Signings adds its own $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions policy on top.
