We close HELOCs and refis in many states — can one vendor cover all of them?
Yes. Select Signings coordinates signings in all 50 states through one order process and one point of contact, so your closing team is not maintaining a notary list for every market.
Can our borrowers sign in the evening or on weekends?
Yes. Mobile signings at the borrower's home or office outside business hours are available in most markets on request. We schedule in the borrower's local time.
How do you keep our packages secure?
Documents move through your secure delivery method (encrypted link or portal) to a notary we have vetted. The notary prints only what is needed, returns the full package the same day and shreds any extra copies. We do not retain loan documents.
Do you support hybrid closings?
Yes — where the borrower e-signs most of the package in advance and the notary meets them for the wet-ink notarized documents only. Tell us the closing type when you order and we will instruct the agent accordingly.
How are fees billed?
Per completed signing, quoted up front based on signing type, location and timing. Monthly invoicing is available for lenders and credit unions with recurring volume.
