Do you really cover every state?
Yes. Our network of more than 50,000 signing agents includes commissioned notaries in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Rural counties, small towns and major metros are all covered through the same order process.
Is there a different process for different states?
No. You place one order the same way every time. We handle the state-specific details — notarial wording, witness requirements, attorney-involvement rules where they apply — and brief the agent before the appointment.
How do you pick the notary in a market you don't know?
We know it. Every agent in our network is rated on completed signings, so in each market we assign the agents with a record of on-time arrival, correct execution and same-day drops. If an agent cancels, we replace them.
Do you charge more for out-of-area or rural signings?

Contact the office. Puerto Rico and overseas signings (via U.S. embassy/consulate or an apostille process) are handled case by case.
